המדריך הבא יכסה את נושא ההתקנה והשימוש ברכיב OpenSef.

הגדרות:

SEF= "Search Engine Friendly"

הרכיב OpenSEF מייצר עבורנו כתובות אינטרנט קלות לקריאה והבנה וידידותית למנועי חיפוש (מכאן השם) שכן זהו מקום נהדר למקם מילות מפתח.

A URL is a web page address. (URL = "Uniform Resource Locator")

כתובת URL הינה הכתובת לעמוד אינטרנט ספציפי. זוהי מוסכמה על הדרך שבה כל הדפדפנים המשתמשים בה יגיעו לאותו הדף בעזרת אותה כתובת נתונה ולא לדפים שונים בכל פעם. בקיצור זוהי הדרך לוודא שאותה הכתובת תביא את המשתמש לאותו הדף בלי שום קשר לאיך ואיפה הוא מנסה לצפות באותה הכתובת.

היום הכתובות URL בג'ומלה נראות ככה:

Hi,

How can I make it work so the URL is in hebrew, for example:
joomlasite.co.il/כתבות/ עברית

Sorry for opening a new comment, but I was not able to reply to your comment.

In any case I searched through Joomla.co.il forums and couldn't find anything helpful and I have already tried installing SEF404, but couldn't get it to work in hebrew - it shows as if it's ok, but when I click those links it leads to error pages.

I'd appericiate if you could give a direct link to some helpful reading material or perhaps explain your self.
