Latest links module for the Linx exchange component

This is a very simple Module which presents the latest approved links added to the Linx (com_linx) component.  The module is using the same css styles as the latest news core module. also added a link to the category page after the short description.

Originally created for the Hebrew module development tutorial.

  1. user can decide the number of links
  2. user can add a costume title
