Legal Compliance and Ethics
It is our policy to be in compliance with all laws and regulations applying to our business operations in each of the territories in which we operate. We expect our employees to conduct themselves in an ethical manner in all dealings on its behalf, and to be honest, fair and courteous in their work.

Against the background of continually changing business and legal conditions our business units are required to adapt their activities consistent with maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with applicable laws.

Health, Safety and Environment
We attach great importance to working in ways that are sustainable and have regard for the needs of tomorrow as well as those of today. In practical terms this translates into programs and policies that provide care for the people working inside our organization and living around it, as well as minimizing the impact on the wider environment. There is no aspect of corporate policy that is not touched by this thinking and health, safety and sustainable environmental practice are fundamental to the way we do business.

Caring for the environment and adding value to a business are entirely compatible. We believe that recognizing the importance of this synthesis can impact positively on profitability, reputation and growth.

Communications and Media Relations
We recognize that open communication is essential and to this end we have established procedures for communicating with our employees, investors and business contacts. These procedures aim to ensure that relevant information about El-Tech activities is communicated to legitimately interested parties subject to any overriding considerations of business confidentiality and cost.

Community Involvement and Activities
We recognize our responsibility as a member of the communities in which we operate. We support a range of selected international charities and smaller charitable organizations operating in the communities where the Servage has a presence.

Political Contributions
El-Tech does not make donations to political parties. However when dealing with governments we have a responsibility to make our position known on any matter which affects us, our employees, customers or shareholders.
