I try to download " JPortfolio 1.1 with RTL - SEO - UTF8 Improvments" but it just reloads the page? The other components works fine.

i have checked this error form 3 different browsers and OS, no error found.
plz try to delete your history and Temp files of the browser you are using and try again.
