New module by El-Tech for the !Joomla community - Latest comments javascript scroller module for JComment component.

The JComment  component is a simple comments system for the joomla CMS.     This simple module display a nice scroller for your website latest comments using minimal java script and CSS.

It has the following fetures:

1. adjustable height and weight.
2. scrolling speed can be changed on 10 levels (1-10).
3. you can determine the scroller border and background color.
4. scroller stop on mouse over option.
